"03/06/2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Donna Wilson I’m updating my review to emphasize the five stars still remain. Yes, five stars again - thanks to Donna Wilson. Recently my father borrowed my van and went to Home Depot in Glendale. When he came back to the vehicle, he discovered it had been involved in a hit-and-run. No note was left and no one stayed behind to take responsibility. I was extremely stressed because I truly love and take good care of my van. Since it’s not brand new, I’m worried it could end up being totaled. Donna was incredibly helpful during this difficult moment. She took the time to calm me down, guide me through the next step of the claims process, and keep the ball rolling. What stood out the most was her patience, kindness, and even her sense of humor, which helped ease the stress of the situation. Donna, thank you for being so compassionate and professional. People like you make a huge difference for customers going through stressful situations. 05/19/2025 Update per emailed request to "let Jared know that Taylar Peterson, Office Representative, is doing her job at least, up to the appropriate standards." Nicole Dukes is still my AWESOME Life Specialist. I haven't named everyone but my past reviews still stand true today... Not just for one but for EVERYONE WORKING FOR JARED.
